Premio en China
En noviembre 2010 envíe a Beijing, China una ilustración realizada en acuarela y tinta sobre papel Fabriano a la convocatoria "The 1st Gold Panda International Cartoon and Illustration Competition" organizado por Red Man Art Center.
Después de meses de espera hoy vi los resultados llevándome una agradable e inesperada sorpresa al ver en la lista: MEXICO- Sandra Rede en la categoría The special prize of jury meeting (El premio especial de la reunión del jurado).
Me siento muy feliz de ver no solo mi nombre sino el de mi país en la lista. Después de constantes caídas, este logro es enorme para mí y me motiva a continuar creando así como participando sin importar obstáculos, idiomas o fronteras; así será y en eso trabajo todos los días.
In November 2010 I sent to Beijing, China an illustration I made with watercolor and ink on Fabriano paper to the call "The 1st Gold Panda International Cartoon and Illustration Competition" organized by Red Man Art Center.
After months of waiting, I saw today the list of results and was a pleasantly, unexpected surprise to see on the list: MEXICO- Sandra Rede on the category "The special prize of jury meeting".
I am very happy to see not only my name but the name of my country on the list. This achievement is huge for me and it motivates me a lot to continue creating and participating regardless of obstacles, languages or borders.
